How we work
Phase 1
The Discovery Call
It’s essential we really get to know you, so we always begin with a discovery call. This is an opportunity for us to understand what you’re looking for, your likes and dislikes, and find out what’s most important to you and yours when you travel.
Phase 2
The Planning
Armed with our detailed insights, which we keep on file for any future trips you take with us, we’ll begin planning your itinerary down to the very last detail. Think unmissable experiences, the hotel suites with the best views and the perfect spot for a nightcap. This part of the process is the most time intensive for us, so it does come with a fee. Decide not to work with us? The itinerary we’ve curated is yours to follow as you please.
Phase 3
Your Vacation is Booked
Once we have your approval to move ahead, we’ll begin locking things in. We organize every part of your vacation, and will come back to you with a detailed file including your daily itinerary, your hotel and flight information as well as any activity or restaurant bookings we’ve secured. All you need to do is get there – perhaps in a car we’ve already organized for you.

Is there a fee for working with Wagner Bespoke Travel?
Full bespoke itinerary planning carries a planning fee — it is the most time-intensive part of what we do, and the itinerary we craft is yours to keep either way. Hotel bookings are made at the same published rate as booking direct, with partner perks added on top.
What happens on the discovery call?
We get to know you: what you are looking for, your likes and dislikes, and what matters most to you and yours when you travel. Those insights stay on file for every future trip you take with us.
Do you also handle smaller trips and short hotel breaks?
Yes. Alongside fully bespoke itineraries, we book short hotel breaks and single stays — with the same partner perks and personal attention.
